Booking conditions.
* We will reply to your e-mail to let you know about availability for your chosen dates as soon as possible.
* Week-ends (three nights Friday-Sunday) and Mid-weeks (four nights Monday-Thursday)
may be available at short notice out of the main seasons from upwards of £200.
Other discounts are available, please ask.
* The booking will only be confirmed after the deposit has been banked.
* The balance should be paid in full five weeks before the start of your holiday.
* Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets and would ask guests not to smoke inside the cottage.
* There is also a further returnable breakages deposit of £75. We suggest that you take out a holiday insurance in case of last minute cancellation.
